Minutes of the ordinary council meeting which will took place on Thursday 6th November 2025 at 7.00 pm in the Black Swan.

  1. To confirm minutes of the held on 11th September 2025. These were agreed and signed off.

Declaration of any interests.

 

3. Matters Arising

a. Christmas tree and celebration (DW)- this was agreed and delivery to be arranged for 29th November. PA and DW to arrange installation and payment.

b. Remembrance day duties (PA)- discussion was had around details of the service with timings and readers agreed.

None received but discussion was held over the planned carbon capture route which does not directly impact the parish

 

  1. Any Other Business

Discussion was held around some of the suggestions submitted to date for use of the APCA funds. This will be an agenda item at the council meeting in January.

Defib cabinet stickers peeling – PA to try and source some new stickers for the cabinet

 

Agreed next meeting date of15th January. All further dates to be agenda item as this meeting.
